Impact Screen Care & Installation Guide

To ensure your new impact screen delivers optimal performance and maintains its quality, please follow the guidelines below:

1. Unpacking
   Unpack the screen immediately upon delivery to minimise creasing.
   
2. Orientation
   Identify the front side - specifically designed to absorb golf ball impacts - and ensure this side faces inward during installation.
   
3. Positioning & Tension
   Mount the screen approximately 12–16 inches away from any wall. Adjust the tension to achieve a smooth, flat appearance while maintaining enough flexibility to reduce ball rebound. Ensure the bottom edge is close to the floor and that the sides are protected from direct hits.
   
4. Crease Reduction
   Minor wrinkles will naturally ease out over time due to gravity. For persistent creases, gently iron the back of the screen on a low heat setting.
   
5. Maintenance & Care
   Use clean, unmarked golf balls and regularly clean your clubs to maintain the screen’s appearance and longevity.
   
   Stand at least 10–12 feet from the screen to minimise bounce-back and ensure safety.
   
   For cleaning, use a carpet shampooer or LA’s Totally Awesome Cleaner. Dry thoroughly with a fan or a hairdryer on a low heat setting to prevent water stains.
